- What are my payment options?You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for a Pro Plan, we can invoice you annually and offer a discount. Contact us at Support@DevRev.ai to discuss annual pricing.
- How do Credits Work? Is there a free trial available?Once your team signs up for a plan, DevRev provisions credits with a corresponding expiration date. We will draw against the balance of credits monthly until they expire or run out. At that time, we will start charging your credit card for subscription and consumption costs.
- What is a Platform vs. Support User?The DevRev platform allows for users to gain visibility across an org and fully understand the context between product and customer. While platform users have full access to the Build App, Support Users are defined by users that create or update customer related records and the per seat pricing is in addition to the platform license cost. This includes the customer records (RevO or RevU), plus other related records like Tickets and Conversations.
- How do Consumption Services Add-Ons work?Getting access to DevRev means you get access to an extensive suite of features across any tier. To ensure you can get started with minimal costs, your org is only charged for certain services based on how much you consume.
- What is a conversation add-on?Conversations bring customer centricity to work and parts. You can view all conversations via the inbox and use marketplace integrations to capture additional customer touchpoints (eg. Slack and Email). The PLuG widget generates anonymous conversations when users chat with you via your website, and Verified users when customers engage with the chat component after logging in.
- What are the customer management add-onsDevRev provides a system of record for your customers by organization and user. This enables you to track activities, conversations, tickets, and discuss internally information about your customers. The add-on specifically charges you for every User that DevRev maintains and manages for you.
- Are there any limits to API usage?Based on the pricing tier you choose; rate and quantity limits may apply to certain API calls. Contact us via the PLuG widget or email us at Support@devrev.ai to discuss any high throughput requirements.
